Capacity Building Programme For Christian Institutions And Church Leaders
This project aims to provide focused training opportunities for young church leaders to develop their skills in a collaborative setting such as group workshops, with participants drawn from a range of areas across Pakistan. This training setting engenders a mutually supportive environment where attendees can network with each other, share challenges and exchange ideas.
It is envisioned that the young Christian leaders take this training back into their working ministry and practically apply their training to strengthen the role of their respective institutes. The programme consists of training need assessment, training programme, follow-up, exposure visits and scholarships
